Decision-Making Session — Andreea Forghici
Decision-Making Session

you don't need another opinion.

you need somewhere to hear yourself without everyone else's voice in the room.

The problem

sometimes indecision isn't confusion.

there’s a decision you keep circling.

you've thought about it from every possible angle. you've made the list. you've asked your friends. you've asked your partner. you've asked the internet. you've tried to be rational. you've tried to trust your intuition. you've tried to listen to your body.

and somehow, you still don't know.

or maybe you do.

and that's the part you don't trust.

because sometimes indecision isn't confusion. it's conflict.
Too many truths

you can want something and be terrified of it.

you can love someone and know you don't want the relationship you're in.

you can know a job is wrong for you and still be scared to leave it.

you can desperately want the move and grieve what you'll lose by making it.

you can feel relief when you imagine saying no and guilt five seconds later.

you can have one part of you screaming go while another is begging you to stay.

The loudest feeling

isn't automatically the truest direction.

The whole picture

can include desire, fear, loyalty, grief, protection, and choice at the same time.

A different approach

this is where we slow down.

not to find the perfect answer.

not to make you “trust your body” blindly.

not to have me tell you what I think you should do.

your nervous system is not an oracle.

fear is information. desire is information. guilt is information. relief is information. a protective part of you is information.

but information is not the same thing as instruction.

The question isn't “what am I feeling, and what does that mean I should do?”

The question is: what is actually happening here — and what do I want to do with all of it?

Inside the session

we make room for the whole decision.

in our 90 minutes together, we slow the decision down enough to notice what usually gets drowned out.

01 / Notice

Somatic tracking

We notice what happens in your body when you imagine each option, without rushing to turn a sensation into a command.

02 / Uncover

Parts & protective strategies

We meet the parts trying to protect you, understand what they are afraid of, and make space for what else is present.

03 / Discern

Clean Language & slowing down

We follow your own words, images, and experience so you can separate desire, fear, conditioning, obligation, and expectation.

What you're looking for

you don't have to become certain.

you have to become more discerning.

there may not be a magical moment where everything suddenly becomes obvious.

sometimes clarity looks like:

“i want this, and i'm scared.”
“i love them, and i don't want to stay.”
“this is the right choice for me, even though it will disappoint someone.”
“i already know. i'm just afraid of what knowing will require from me.”
sometimes the hardest thing about a decision isn't knowing what you want. it's being willing to let your knowing have consequences.
Bring the question

bring me the decision you're circling.

staying or leaving a relationship.

taking a new job or staying where you are.

moving somewhere new.

committing to something you deeply want.

ending something you've outgrown.

making a choice other people don't understand.

choosing between two futures that both come with a cost.

something that looks small from the outside but has become enormous inside you.

you don't need to know what you want before you book. you don't need to have the story neatly organised. you don't need to come with the “right” answer.

The shift
“i can hear myself again.”
The offer

one decision. one room. 90 minutes.

not because someone gave you the answer. because you were given enough space to hear yourself in the presence of the whole truth.

Stop outsourcing the decision

you can collect more opinions.

you can make another list. you can wait for another sign. or you can create enough space to actually meet yourself inside the question.
