For much of my life, I let external voices shape who I was—without even realizing it. I followed the path I thought I should take, measuring success by how well I met expectations. But beneath it all, I felt a growing sense of disconnection. I was living on autopilot, stuck in patterns that weren’t truly mine.

The wake-up call came when I read The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown. It was like a light switch flipped—I saw, for the first time, how much of my life was built on borrowed narratives. Bit by bit, I started questioning everything: my beliefs, my habits, even the way I related to my own body.

But the real transformation happened in a group session with a somatic coach. I didn’t just understand my disconnection—I felt it. And for the first time, I experienced what it meant to be fully present in my body. It was a homecoming I never knew I needed.

At the time, I was burned out, exhausted from a job that drained me. The only moments I felt truly alive were when I was exploring somatic healing. As I deepened my own practice—through therapy, healing circles, and retreats—I realized something profound: I wasn’t just healing for myself. I was being called to help others find their way back to themselves, too.

Leaving my job wasn’t just a career shift; it was an act of self-trust. Life seemed to align in unexpected ways, as if guiding me toward this path. And now, I’m here—holding space for women who, like me, are ready to reconnect with their bodies, their feminine energy, and their deepest truth.
I know what it’s like to feel out of sync with yourself—to wake up with the nagging feeling that something is missing, even when life looks good on the outside. I also know the relief and deep peace that comes when you finally return to yourself.

My mission is to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom, release the patterns that keep them stuck, and step into a life of embodied presence and authenticity. Whether through somatic therapy, energy healing, or simply holding a safe, supportive space—I’m here to walk this journey with you.

• The somatic session that changed everything
  Several years ago, I participated in a program that included a somatic coaching session. That session stood out above all others. It reintroduced me to my body and emotions, opening a door to a deeper understanding of myself. It showed me that healing isn’t just about addressing the mind—it’s about reconnecting with the body as a source of wisdom and strength.

• Reiki: A lifelong influence
  Reiki has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a mother and other people around me who practiced Reiki, I witnessed its ability to bring peace, healing, and balance to others. Although I admired Reiki from a distance for years, it wasn’t until a few years ago that I began to feel a strong pull toward it. I started sensing energy during meditation and breathwork, and eventually, I pursued Reiki attunement for myself. Today, Reiki is an integral part of my work, blending seamlessly with somatic practices to support clients on both energetic and physical levels.

• A personal journey of self-love
  For much of my life, I struggled with deeply ingrained beliefs of unworthiness. I felt undeserving of love, hesitant to take up space, and fearful of rejection if I expressed my true desires. It wasn’t until I reconnected with my body that I truly began to transform these beliefs. Somatic practices taught me to embody the self-worth I had intellectually understood but never felt. This shift from self-criticism to self-compassion was life-changing, and it’s why I am so passionate about guiding others on their journeys to self-love.
  
  Each of these experiences—whether through somatic work, Reiki, or my own self-love journey—has shaped my approach. They have taught me the importance of listening to the body, honoring its wisdom, and integrating its messages with the mind and spirit. This journey has not only transformed my life but has also fueled my mission to help women reconnect with themselves, embrace their feminine energy, and live authentically.
