And yet.

You spend so much energy understanding everyone else's feelings that you no longer know how you feel.

From the outside, it looks like healing.

Inside, you're tired of knowing yourself without fully choosing yourself.

Through somatic inquiry, nervous system awareness, reflection, and real-life practice, we work with the places where self-abandonment still lives in the body.

Session by session, you practice staying with yourself in the moments you would normally leave.

Nine sessions. Eighteen weeks. Enough space for the awareness to become something you actually live.
