Womb Remembering sessions
A sacred invitation to return to your body, your breath, your knowing.
A space born from my own return
There was a time, not long ago, when I realized I had drifted away from myself. It wasn’t dramatic or loud. It happened in quiet ways. I was still showing up, still doing the work, still appearing “connected.” But underneath, I had slipped out of rhythm. My rituals faded. My intuition, once so clear, had gone quiet. And though my body kept whispering, I had stopped listening.
When I finally noticed what was happening, I didn’t collapse. I just exhaled. Something softened. There was space in my belly again. My womb felt warm, like it was remembering itself. It wasn’t a big, breakthrough moment, more like a slow stretch after holding tension for too long.
That stretch is what this offering is born from.
Not from strategy. Not from structure. But from a deep knowing that sometimes what is sacred doesn’t need a reason to be shared — it just needs to be offered.
These Womb Remembering Sessions are exactly that. A sacred offering. Not a program. Not a sample session. Not a sales funnel. But a space for the woman who feels the call — and hasn’t had the means, or the space, or the support to say yes until now.
We are all just walking each other home.

What is a Womb Remembering session
It’s not a sample or a strategy call. And it’s definitely not about fixing or proving anything.
A Womb Remembering session is a 90-minute, one-on-one space held online, held with intention, where everything you’re carrying is welcome to come too. It’s a space for the woman who’s been holding herself together for so long that she’s forgotten what it feels like to be held. Not analyzed. Not guided. Not told what to do next. Just met, as she is.
There’s no protocol. No performance. Nothing you have to prepare or figure out in advance. We begin wherever you are, in whatever shape you arrive and we follow your body from there. Sometimes it’s gentle and quiet. Sometimes it’s raw and unexpected. Sometimes it’s soft tears, or long pauses, or a moment where something shifts without needing to be explained.
You don’t need to bring the right words. You don’t need to know what you need. You don’t even need to know why you feel called to this. What matters is that something in you feels the nudge and that’s enough.
These sessions are offered in sacred reciprocity. That means there’s no financial exchange but it isn’t “free” in the way our culture tends to define things. Presence costs something. So does care. So does sitting with another woman in her tenderness and truth. But this isn’t a transaction. There’s no expectation here, no obligation, no performance.
This is a space that exists because I believe in women being held not just when they can pay, not just when they know what they need but in the exact moment when their body whispers: please, just be with me here.
What you might experience
There is no one way a Womb Remembering session unfolds and honestly, that’s the beauty of it. We begin with what’s real. Not what’s tidy or planned or polished, but what your body brings forward in the moment. That might be breath. It might be silence. It might be the kind of exhale that’s been waiting weeks to land.
Sometimes your womb speaks, sometimes your voice trembles before the truth comes out. Sometimes it’s all sensation with no story, and sometimes it’s a wave of emotion that finally feels safe enough to rise.
This work isn’t built around a protocol. There’s no agenda, no pressure to reach a breakthrough, no rush to get anywhere. It’s not about doing more or fixing what’s wrong it’s about slowing down enough to hear what’s already here, to feel what’s been quietly asking for space.
Depending on what your body brings forward, we might move through gentle somatic presence and listening, womb connection through breath or voice, intuitive energy work like Reiki or tracking, or simply sit together in the quiet pause between what was and what’s becoming. What matters isn’t what we do but how we honor what’s alive in you.
⭑ breath
⭑ sound
⭑ womb connection
⭑ deep listening
⭑ intuitive energy work
⭑ stillness
⭑ emotion
⭑ the unknown
This isn’t about managing your nervous system into stillness. It’s about honoring what wants to be felt, without needing to fix it or move past it. Whether the session feels soft and spacious or emotional and unexpected, whether you speak or stay mostly silent, whether something shifts or simply settles it will be enough. You will be enough.
This space was made for the woman who feels the pull but doesn’t have a reason. For the one whose body remembers before her mind does. For the one who aches to be held but doesn’t quite know how to ask. You don’t need to explain yourself. You don’t need to show up already whole. You just have to come as you are. And I’ll meet you there.
A note on Reciprocity
These sessions are offered without financial exchange but they’re not “free.” Because presence costs something. So does care. So does sitting with another woman in her truth.
And yet this isn’t a transaction. There’s no financial obligation. No performance. No expectation.
You don’t need to give anything back. But if something opens in you, a prayer, a gesture, a future offering, let it move through you when the time is right. That is reciprocity. Quiet, sacred, real.
If you do have the means to work with me through my paid offerings, I ask that you honor this space by choosing one of those instead. You can explore them here.
The Womb Remembering sessions are reserved for the woman who truly cannot, but deeply needs, to be held.

Request a Session
I’m currently holding a limited number of these sessions. When the circle feels full, I’ll close the request form with care.
If your body feels the call, you’re welcome to request one below.
You don’t need the perfect words. You don’t have to explain.
Just begin where you are. I’ll meet you there.
You don’t have to leave those parts behind.
Come with the fear, come with the anxiety. They’re not in the way — they’re part of you, and they’re welcome here too.
Not the right timing?
Stay close through Instagram or my email letters. This work moves in cycles, there will be more.
